Y’ALL, I SURVIVED THE TOURNAMENT AND EMERGED A CHANGED PERSON – THIS IS MORTAL KOMBAT ON STEROIDS, CRANKED TO ULTRA VIOLENCE!  Simon McQuoid directs the chaos like a god of thunder, picking up right after Earthrealm’s narrow win: Cole Young (Lewis Tan, ripped and relentless ) rallies the champions for the invasion of Outworld, where Shao Kahn (Martyn Ford, towering like a nightmare colossus ) unleashes his daughters Mileena and Kitana (Adeline Rudolph slaying as the fan-favorite princess with dual fans that slice like butter! ). But the real MVP drop? KARL URBAN AS JOHNNY CAGE – Hollywood hunk turned fighter extraordinaire, strutting into the arena with shades and swagger, dropping: “You big ugly fuck… it’s SHOWTIME!” before uppercutting a Tarkatan into next Tuesday!  That intro had the theater losing their minds in 10 seconds flat!
