Epstein Files Reveal Links Between Naomi Campbell and Convicted Financier

Newly released documents from the U.S. Department of Justice reveal that supermodel Naomi Campbell had multiple contacts with Jeffrey Epstein, the disgraced billionaire financier later convicted in a sex crime case.
According to records disclosed last week, Campbell is alleged to have repeatedly invited Epstein to high-profile fashion events, including her 40th birthday party held in Cannes. The documents also include numerous messages and notes indicating frequent phone contact between the two, as well as requests related to the use of Epstein’s private jet. These interactions reportedly occurred both before and after Epstein pleaded guilty in 2008 in a sex offense case in Florida.

Some of the exchanges were work-related. In a 2005 message, Campbell asked Epstein to review a swimwear collection she planned to present to Victoria’s Secret. In 2010, Epstein’s assistant arranged for Campbell and her boyfriend at the time to meet retail entrepreneur Linda Wachner at Epstein’s private residence in New York.
A note dated 2015 stated: “Please call Naomi immediately. She says she really needs to speak with you.” Another message from the same year, believed to be from Campbell, read: “I want to see Jeffrey… will he be coming to Morocco?”

Naomi Campbell’s name also appears in testimony from two women who identified themselves as victims of Epstein. One woman said she first met Epstein at a party at his New York mansion where Campbell was present. Another claimed Epstein told her he could help her find work at Victoria’s Secret because he knew Naomi Campbell.
From around 2010 onward, the records suggest the relationship became more personal rather than purely professional. Epstein was reportedly invited to at least three events connected to Campbell, including a birthday gala in Cannes hosted by her then-boyfriend, Russian billionaire Vladislav Doronin, a fashion fundraising event, and a tribute held in her honor by Dolce & Gabbana in Paris.

The documents show that contact between Campbell and Epstein spanned from 2003 to 2016, totaling around 25 pages of records, largely consisting of scheduling notes and internal correspondence from Epstein’s assistants. Notably, several emails from 2016 relate to Campbell seeking to travel aboard Epstein’s private jet.
Previously, Campbell publicly condemned Epstein’s actions as “indefensible” and stated that she stood with the victims. Her representatives have not yet commented on the newly released documents.
Other celebrities are also mentioned in the Epstein files as having attended events or parties involving the financier, including Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger and pop icon Michael Jackson. The U.S. Department of Justice emphasized that the release of the Epstein files does not constitute confirmation of wrongdoing by any individual named and noted that some materials may not have been fully verified.
Jeffrey Epstein (1953–2019) was an American financier with ties to numerous high-profile figures. He was accused of running a long-standing network of sexual abuse and trafficking involving minors before dying in a New York jail in 2019 while awaiting trial.
