Brad Pitt is transforming his $12 million mansion into a resort-style retreat that he will share with his girlfriend, Ines de Ramon.

According to Daily Mail, the 62-year-old actor is renovating the grounds of his newly purchased Spanish-style villa in Hollywood Hills. He has replaced several low plants around the swimming pool with tall palm trees to enhance privacy while giving the property the feel of a luxury resort.

Pitt has also upgraded the backyard with modern outdoor furniture, a poolside dining area, and an open-plan lounge space, completely replacing the old canopies. The redesigned exterior offers a more elegant and relaxing atmosphere for the home.

The mansion is located in the exclusive Outpost Estates neighborhood, boasting panoramic views of Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean. Spanning approximately 779 square meters, the property features six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a modern kitchen with a large island, an open living room, and a spacious second-floor balcony. A BBQ area and outdoor kitchen by the pool cater to family gatherings, while the interiors stand out with hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and marble-clad bathrooms.

Brad Pitt purchased the property in August 2025 from Dave Keuning of the band The Killers and his wife, interior designer Emilie Keuning. Previously, Pitt lived in a $5.5 million home in Los Feliz, which he sold last year following a burglary.

People reports that Brad Pitt and Ines de Ramon moved into the new mansion together in October 2025 and have since been finishing touches to “turn the house into a true home.” The Hollywood star and the 33-year-old jewelry designer are said to enjoy a quiet, private lifestyle centered around their home.

Pitt has been dating Ines de Ramon since late 2022, six years after his split from Angelina Jolie. A source close to the actor shared that their relationship is now deeply committed: “They are happier than ever. Brad is truly in love, and the two have already made plans for their future together.”
