Pop star Britney Spears drew attention last week after being spotted in a disheveled state while socializing at a luxury resort in Mexico, with her outfit slipping and exposing part of her chest.

In photos published by Daily Mail on December 16, Spears was seen at Las Ventanas al Paraiso with her long hair left loose and unstyled. She wore a loose floral dress that had fallen low, while carrying two bags and holding a drink as she walked around the resort.

Witnesses said the singer spent the entire afternoon mingling with other guests. “I’m not sure if she was staying there, but she was at the resort all afternoon. She was quite friendly and chatted with people. Her chest was exposed the whole time, and she seemed a bit out of it,” one onlooker claimed.

A short video filmed at the resort also appeared to show Spears sitting at a bar and consuming something that looked like a pill. She was accompanied by a heavily tattooed man who had previously been seen with her on a yacht days earlier.

Spears traveled to Cabo in early December to celebrate her birthday on December 2. During the trip, she was spotted several times looking unkempt. The Toxic singer also drew curiosity for being seen with a mysterious man, though she later clarified on Instagram that he was her cousin, not a romantic partner.

According to Page Six, Spears returned to the United States on December 15. She was photographed at Los Angeles International Airport wearing an off-the-shoulder top and shorts, carrying a pink toy baby crib. Accompanying her was Brandon Walker, a Los Angeles–based fitness trainer and influencer.

Recently, the singer has caused growing concern among fans due to what many describe as erratic Instagram posts and an increasingly unkempt appearance. In November, she was seen leaving a bar in California holding a glass of champagne with a white lace scarf over her head. In October, she was reportedly spotted driving erratically after leaving the Red-O restaurant late at night.

Sources close to Spears say those around her are genuinely worried. “People are discussing what can be done, if anything, to help protect her,” one source revealed
