Jessica Alba was spotted sharing intimate moments with her younger boyfriend during a getaway in Miami, just days after finalizing her divorce.

According to Page Six, the actress appeared affectionate with actor Danny Ramirez while vacationing at Miami Beach, only a short time after completing divorce proceedings with producer Cash Warren.

Photos taken on February 17 show Alba wearing a red leopard-print bikini paired with oversized gold hoop earrings, sunglasses, and a baseball cap. Ramirez opted for matching red swim trunks. The couple were seen hugging, kissing, holding hands, and chatting cheerfully as they made their way into the ocean together.

The Top Gun: Maverick actor was also photographed wrapping his arms around Alba in the water. In other moments, the pair shared kisses and strolled side by side along the beach. A day earlier, Alba had been seen relaxing, swimming, and lounging on a beach chair.

The trip came immediately after Alba and Warren finalized their divorce on February 14. Court documents indicate that neither party requested spousal support. However, to balance the division of assets, Alba agreed to pay her ex-husband $3 million, split into two installments of $1.5 million—one paid immediately and the other due a year later.

Alba and Warren married in 2008 and share three children: Honor (17), Haven (14), and Hayes (8). The couple separated in 2024 before the actress officially filed for divorce after 16 years of marriage. They first met in 2004 while working together on the film Fantastic Four.

A source told People that despite ending their marriage, Alba and Warren remain on good terms and continue to prioritize co-parenting their children. The source added that the divorce was not the result of major conflict, though Alba has previously acknowledged that maintaining closeness in a long-term marriage can be challenging.

Alba is believed to have started dating Ramirez in May 2025, after the two were spotted kissing in London. By July 2025, they were seen together again outside the actor’s home in Los Angeles. Responding to news of his ex-wife’s new relationship, Warren briefly told the media: “I’m happy for her.”
