David Beckham and wife sell $24.6 million penthouse

Former football star David Beckham and his wife, fashion designer Victoria Beckham, have sold their U.S. penthouse for $24.6 million.
According to The Real Deal, the couple finalized the sale on February 6. The penthouse occupies the 59th floor of One Thousand Museum in Miami, Florida. Spanning roughly 960 square meters, the residence features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a private gym, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a sea-facing balcony.

As reported by Elle Decor, the 62-story building was designed by renowned Iraqi-British architect Zaha Hadid and completed in 2019—one of her final projects before her death in 2016. The Beckhams were among the first buyers, purchasing the penthouse for $19.8 million when the tower opened in 2020.
The outlet added that Beckham first toured the property in 2019 while considering a move to South Florida after founding Inter Miami CF. The couple acquired the apartment through Beckham Brand Limited. In a 2021 Instagram post, Victoria shared a glimpse of the living room without revealing the full interior.

The Beckhams own a global real-estate portfolio worth tens of millions of dollars. In the U.S., aside from the sold penthouse, they also own a waterfront mansion on Biscayne Bay valued at $72.3 million, featuring nine bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, an infinity pool, outdoor kitchen, gym, and spa. The family currently spends most of its time at their residence in London’s Holland Park.
The sale comes amid reported tensions within the family involving their eldest son, Brooklyn Beckham, and his wife Nicola Peltz. Neither party has publicly commented on the matter.
