Paris Hilton Cares for Her Skin ‘Like an Olympic Athlete’

American heiress and businesswoman Paris Hilton, 44, has revealed that she spends up to nine hours a week on her facial skincare routine, which includes a range of high-tech treatments that help her maintain a flawless appearance despite a packed schedule.

Speaking on the podcast Aspire with Emma Grede on October 14, Hilton shared details of her strictly maintained beauty regimen. “I treat my skincare like an Olympic athlete,” she said.

According to Hilton, her personal aesthetician, Heather Nicole, visits her home three times a week. “We do Neurotris therapy using EMS microcurrent, combined with the Skin Sculpt device, HydraFacial treatments, red-light therapy, and oxygen infusion,” she explained. Each intensive session lasts around three hours and takes place in Hilton’s private in-home spa.

Balancing her roles as an entrepreneur, a mother of two, and her demanding beauty routine, Hilton said multitasking is key. “I do my facials and body treatments while working. I’ll put on the Neurotris machine—it’s like a workout while I’m in virtual meetings, reviewing products, or making music,” she said. “It’s beauty and business at the same time.”

Aesthetic experts note that, much like a top-tier athlete, Hilton follows an extremely disciplined schedule—nine hours a week—with a dedicated specialist akin to a personal trainer, and relies on cutting-edge scientific technologies such as EMS devices and red-light therapy rather than conventional methods. This suggests that beauty, for Hilton, is not merely a habit but a carefully structured career investment of time, money, and technology, aimed not just at looking “good” but at achieving and maintaining peak skin performance.

Born in 1981, Paris Hilton is the great-granddaughter of Conrad Hilton, the founder of the Hilton hotel empire. Raised in an affluent American family, she became a global pop culture icon in the early 2000s with her “party-girl heiress” image. She rose to fame through the reality TV show The Simple Life, before expanding into music, fashion, and film.

Beyond entertainment, Hilton has built a highly successful business portfolio in fragrances, fashion, and branded products, generating hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue. Today, she continues to work as a DJ, television producer, and entrepreneur, while remaining highly active in media projects, podcasts, and on social media.

Hilton married tech entrepreneur Carter Reum in 2021. The couple have two children—aged two years and 13 months—born via surrogate.
