Beyoncé has officially joined the ranks of the world’s billionaires, with her net worth surpassing the $1 billion mark—making her the fifth singer globally to achieve this milestone.

According to Forbes, the 44-year-old superstar, who has won a record 32 Grammy Awards, reached billionaire status following the massive success of her Cowboy Carter tour. The tour grossed more than $400 million in ticket sales, along with an estimated $50 million in merchandise revenue. Previously, her Renaissance world tour had already generated over $579 million.
Beyoncé also earned around $50 million from her high-profile halftime performance at the NFL’s Christmas Day game in 2024, dubbed the “Beyoncé Bowl,” as well as approximately $10 million from endorsement deals with Levi’s, where she appeared in a Western-inspired campaign.

Her husband, Jay-Z, became the first musician to be named a billionaire by Forbes in 2019. Other artists in the exclusive club include Rihanna, Bruce Springsteen, and Taylor Swift.
Although Beyoncé has expanded her business portfolio with ventures such as the Cécred haircare brand, a luxury spirits label, and the Ivy Park fashion line, the majority of her personal fortune still comes from music—particularly touring and ownership of her master recordings. Forbes noted: “In the entertainment industry, few business models are more lucrative than a musician who can consistently sell out stadiums worldwide.”
In 2010, Beyoncé founded Parkwood Entertainment, a management and production company that allows her full creative and financial control over her music, tours, films, and documentaries.

Released in 2024, her album Cowboy Carter received widespread critical acclaim and earned Beyoncé her first-ever Grammy Award for Album of the Year. The subsequent tour became the highest-grossing music tour worldwide in 2025. The three-hour spectacle featured appearances by her husband, their children, and former members of Destiny’s Child.
Born in 1981, Beyoncé began her career as a member of Destiny’s Child before launching a hugely successful solo career in the early 2000s. She currently holds the record for the most Grammy nominations and wins in history.
In her song Pure/Honey, Beyoncé once sang: “Pretty as hell, worth a billion dollars—but she makes it look easy ‘cause she got it.” Now, that lyric has become reality.
As of 2025, Forbes estimates there are more than 3,000 billionaires worldwide, including just 22 artists—and Beyoncé is now proudly among them.
