Selena Gomez has been facing calls from some fans to divorce Benny Blanco after the 37-year-old musician appeared unhygienic and crude on a podcast.

Blanco recently launched his podcast Friends Keep Secrets on February 24, co-hosted with his close friend Lil Dicky and Dicky’s wife, Kristin Batalucco. In one segment, Blanco lounged on a sofa in casual clothes, clearly showing his bare feet, which appeared dirty on camera. In another moment, he deliberately farted on air, saying, “Wait—let’s see if everyone can hear that.”

The behavior angered many of Gomez’s fans, who voiced their frustration on social media. One viewer posted a screenshot of Blanco’s feet on X, writing, “Less than a minute into Benny’s podcast and I already can’t believe my eyes.” Another commented, “Dirty feet on the sofa—honestly, I never wanted to know these things about him.”

Some fans even urged the former Disney star to divorce him. Comments included: “Selena should divorce him and find someone better,” “I can’t believe she lets him touch her,” and “This is disgusting—how does Selena put up with it?”

This is not the first time Blanco has sparked controversy over his hygiene habits. In a November 2024 interview with People, he admitted he doesn’t shower every day. “Some people I know shower two or three times a day, but I feel the skin’s natural oils need time to regenerate,” he said, adding that he enjoys mixing scents to create a fragrance that feels both masculine and feminine.

In early 2025, during a joint interview with Interview, Blanco again discussed his unusual shower routine, prompting Gomez to exclaim, “I can’t believe it!” He explained, “I might not shower daily, but when I do, I stay in there for a long time to think about life. I like sitting down in the shower.”
