Jennifer Aniston Reveals Her Secrets to Staying Youthful in Her Late 50s

At 56, Jennifer Aniston has opened up about the non-invasive beauty treatments she uses to maintain her famously youthful appearance.
Known for her toned physique and seemingly ageless face, Aniston shared her skincare and wellness routine in the latest issue of Glamour, released on September 2. When fellow actress Marion Cotillard praised her as a woman who is “aging gracefully,” Aniston revealed that she regularly undergoes facials, laser treatments, and other supportive skin therapies.
However, the actress firmly denied having plastic surgery. She previously faced speculation about cosmetic procedures after being spotted outside an aesthetic clinic in Connecticut last year with Sandra Bullock. The clinic is known for services such as facelifts, rhinoplasty, Botox, and other cosmetic enhancements.

Speaking about aging, Aniston emphasized the importance of a positive mindset and treating the body with care and respect. “We didn’t really have role models showing us how to age well,” she said. “For me, staying youthful starts with optimism and gratitude. It’s about honoring your body and where you are in life.”
Aniston has also been candid about her past experiences with Botox, admitting it wasn’t the right fit for her. In a 2015 interview with Yahoo Beauty, she said: “People think I use Botox a lot, but I don’t. I tried it, but it can be addictive—and on my face, it just looked strange.”
Last year, the Friends star revealed she had experimented with a salmon sperm facial treatment but didn’t notice significant results. She has also tried peptide injections, which are believed to have anti-aging benefits.
For years, Aniston has consistently denied rumors of a nose job. In 2007, she told People that the only surgery she ever had was to correct a deviated septum, not to alter the shape of her nose.

Beyond skincare, Aniston maintains an active lifestyle. She works out five times a week with Pvolve, a low-impact fitness method combining cardio and resistance equipment. She explained that changing her workout routine helped her avoid injuries after years of pushing her body too hard.
“We need to be kinder to our bodies as we get older,” she said. “If I had discovered Pvolve earlier, I would have avoided a lot of pain.”
Aniston also enjoys exercising with friends and often listens to upbeat music to stay motivated, including hip hop, songs by Rihanna and Lizzo, as well as classic 1990s rap tracks.
