Controversial Streamer “Chud The Builder” Facing Attempted Murder Charges After Courthouse Shooting

Dalton Eatherly, known online as “Chud The Builder,” remains in custody at Montgomery County Jail following a shooting incident outside the Montgomery County Courthouse in Clarksville, Tennessee.

According to authorities, Eatherly, 28, was involved in a physical altercation with Joshua Fox that escalated into gunfire. Both men were shot and hospitalized. Eatherly faces multiple felony charges, including attempted murder, employing a firearm during a dangerous felony, aggravated assault, and reckless endangerment.
The judge initially set his bond at $1.25 million, later adjusted to $1 million. Reports indicate the court has restricted the use of crowdfunding donations raised after the incident toward his bond.
