A 19-year-old Swedish man named Tommie Lindhn was brutally stabbed to death in his own apartment in Härnösand while trying to protect a young girl from a violent sexual assault at knifepoint.
The perpetrator, 23-year-old Abubaker Mohamad Awad, had already been convicted of previous crimes including sexual harassment, drug offenses, and shoplifting. After killing Tommie, the attacker allegedly continued the assault on the girl beside the victim’s body.
This heartbreaking case has raised serious questions about public safety, repeat offenders, and why someone with a known criminal history wasn’t deported earlier. Many believe Tommie would still be alive today if proper immigration enforcement had been in place.
Instead of focusing on the victim and demanding justice, some media outlets tried to label Tommie as “far-right” and downplayed the tragedy.
