Chipping Ongar, Essex, UK — An 11-year-old boy who died after being struck by a lorry near a pedestrian crossing has been remembered by his mother as a child with “the kindest heart.” George Dennis was fatally injured on Epping Road in Chipping Ongar at around 4:20 PM on July 10.
