The Boy Who Needed to Hear Three Words

The Boy Who Needed to Hear Three Words

There were many questions about the other child involved in that unforgettable day.
With the permission of his family, we want everyone to know that he is doing well and is surrounded by love and support.
He has been part of our community for many years.
We know his smile, his kindness, and the gentle heart that makes him such a wonderful young man.
Since that day, many people have prayed not only for Xave but also for him.
Some of those prayers were shared face to face, with hands held and tears quietly falling.
The most important message we wanted him to hear was simple: It was not your fault.
No blame has ever been placed on his shoulders.
He is a good kid who deserves peace, hope, and the chance to smile again.
Sometimes life brings moments that no one can understand.
Yet even in heartbreak, compassion has the power to heal wounded hearts.
We continue to pray for every child who was on that field that day.
We pray for the coaches who tried to help, the umpire who witnessed it all, and the parents whose hearts were forever changed.
May each of them find comfort, strength, and courage in the days ahead.
We also continue to pray faithfully for Xave and his family.
Faith reminds us that even in our darkest moments, God is still present.
His plans are often beyond what we can see or understand.
Every prayer offered in love becomes a light in someone else’s darkness.
Never stop believing that miracles—both great and small—are still possible.
For miracles abound in the name of Jesus, and hope continues to shine through every faithful heart.
