Help Locate Jayc Priest, Jayriq Rupert & Jerriyah Rupert

The Oregon Department of Human Services Child Welfare Program is asking the public for immediate assistance in locating three children from Prineville, Oregon, who were reported missing on August 4, 2026.

Jayc Priest — 12 years old
Jayriq Rupert — 9 years old
Jerriyah Rupert — 4 years old

Authorities believe the children may be in danger and may be somewhere in Central Oregon.

The public is being asked to remain alert. One of the children is not pictured in the available information.

If you believe you have seen Jayc, Jayriq, or Jerriyah, please call 911 or contact local law enforcement immediately. Do not assume someone else has already reported the sighting.
