Six-year-old Simon Meyer has spent much of his young life battling leukemia. After completing treatment and ringing the hospital bell in **April 2025**, his family hoped the hardest part of the journey was behind them.

Months later, doctors discovered that Simon’s leukemia had returned, affecting his bone marrow. He underwent a bone marrow transplant, but his recovery became more complicated when he developed **graft-versus-host disease (GVHD)**, a serious condition that can occur after a transplant.

According to his family, Simon has faced multiple hospital stays and continues receiving specialized medical care. They are now hoping to transfer him to another hospital for additional treatment options.

Despite everything he has endured, Simon continues to show remarkable courage. His family is asking for prayers, encouragement, and hope as they continue this difficult journey together.
