Little Ada Reid Watts was born almost 15 weeks early, weighing just 1 lb. 5 oz. Since her birth last October, Children’s of Alabama has been her home.
Her parents, Justin and Jordan, are still praying for the day they can finally bring their little girl home.
Ada recently received a tracheostomy and had been making encouraging progress toward going home. Unfortunately, she has now developed rhinovirus and a urinary tract infection, and her family says she is having a difficult time recovering.
Her oxygen needs have increased, and her parents say there have been some frightening days.
Through it all, Justin and Jordan are grateful for the doctors and nurses caring for Ada and are trusting her medical team to guide her recovery.
Pray for Ada’s strength and healing.
Pray that she overcomes these infections.
Pray for her doctors and nurses.
Pray for strength and peace for Justin and Jordan.
And pray that the day Ada finally gets to go home comes soon.
