Thirty Years of Life, A Lifetime of Memories: Rest in Peace, Demi
Thirty years may sound like a long time, but for those who loved Jesús de Miguel, it was far too short.
His life was filled with football dreams, hard work, friendships, and family memories.
He began his senior career with Leganés B before representing several clubs across Spain.
His journey included Fuenlabrada and other teams that helped shape his professional development.
Eventually, he reached CD Tenerife.
There, many knew him affectionately as “Demi.”
He continued pursuing his ambitions and building a future in professional football.
But an ordinary match against FC Andorra ended in an unimaginable tragedy.
A collision with goalkeeper Jesús Owono during added time left him critically injured.
Medical staff worked urgently to save him.
Despite their efforts, he passed away on November 3, 2026.
He was just 30 years old.
The news left his family, teammates, and supporters heartbroken.
His wife and young daughter have lost someone irreplaceable.
His friends have lost a companion.
Football fans have lost a player whose journey inspired many.
Although his life was tragically short, the memories he created will remain.
His story will continue to be remembered by those who knew him.
May his family find comfort in the love surrounding them.
May his memory shine forever.
Rest in peace, Demi.
