MOANA LIVE ACTION (2026): THE OCEAN IS CALLING AND IT LOOKS ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING!
Disney is doing it again, and this time, the magic feels REAL!  The first look at the Moana Live Action (2026) is officially breaking the internet. We finally get to see the legendary Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson reprising his role as Maui—and let’s be honest, he was born to play this part in real life!
The transformation of Motunui from animation to live-action is a visual masterpiece. Newcomer Catherine Laga’aia looks perfect as Moana, bringing that fierce, adventurous spirit we all fell in love with.  The CGI for the ocean and the shapeshifting effects for Maui are rumored to be the most advanced Disney has ever used. It’s not just a remake; it’s a stunning tribute to Polynesian culture and the heart of the original story.
With Thomas Kail (Hamilton) directing and Lin-Manuel Miranda back for the music, this movie is set to be the cinematic voyage of the decade. Prepare to have “How Far I’ll Go” stuck in your head all over again!
