The final chapter in the main Fast & Furious saga (the 11th film, following Fast X) is officially titled Fast Forever and is set to hit theaters on March 17, 2028.
Vin Diesel announced it on Instagram with a heartfelt post featuring a photo of him and the late Paul Walker, captioning:
“No one said the road would be easy… but it’s ours. One that has defined us and become our legacy… And a legacy… lasts Forever. March 17th 2028! FAST FOREVER.”
This marks the grand finale for the core story, with promises to return to L.A. roots, street racing vibes, and reuniting Dom with Brian O’Conner in some way. Director Louis Leterrier is expected to return, though full cast/plot details are still under wraps.
After delays from the original plans (it was once eyed for 2025/2026/2027), this 2028 date gives the team time to deliver an epic send-off. Family forever, right?
