Beckham Family Appears in Paris Following Rift With Eldest Son Brooklyn
Following an Instagram post by Brooklyn Beckham that hinted at a rift with his parents since his marriage, the Beckham family have made their first public appearance together at an event.
On January 26, David and Victoria Beckham, along with their three children Romeo, Cruz, and Harper, attended Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week. The appearance marked the family’s first public outing since Brooklyn publicly stated that he did not wish to reconcile with his parents, accusing them of having “attacked” both him and his wife, Nicola Peltz, through the media.

The event took place shortly after Victoria Beckham was honored as a Chevalière of the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres, an award bestowed by the French Ministry of Culture to recognize significant contributions to the arts and literature.
Sharing the news on Instagram, Victoria wrote:
“I am deeply honored to be appointed a Chevalière of the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres. I have always admired French aesthetics and the way fashion is regarded as a form of art. To be recognized here is a profound privilege that reflects decades of hard work and dedication. My sincere thanks to French Culture Minister Rachida Dati for this honor. Thank you to my partners who believed in me, my family, and especially David—my husband and first investor. I am endlessly grateful. You are everything to me.”
The prestigious order has previously been awarded to prominent figures including Zoe Saldaña, Selena Gomez, Denis Villeneuve, and Jude Law.

Prior to this joint appearance, members of the Beckham family had been seen attending separate events. Victoria celebrated the 50th birthday of former Spice Girls member Emma Bunton, David appeared at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Romeo attended a fashion show by American designer Willy Chavarria, while Cruz announced a series of small European tour dates.
In his controversial Instagram post, Brooklyn Peltz Beckham stated that he had no intention of reconciling with his family, accusing his parents of “constantly trying to sabotage” his relationship. He also claimed that his mother, Victoria, had “stolen the spotlight” during his wedding dance.
The Beckham family have not officially commented on the situation. However, speaking at Davos, David Beckham made a general remark about social media, saying: “Children have the right to make mistakes.” Meanwhile, sources close to the family claim that Victoria Beckham is “heartbroken and feels betrayed” after reading the allegations made by her eldest son against her and the family.
