Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz ‘Planning to Adopt a Child’

Brooklyn Beckham, 26, and his wife Nicola Peltz, 31, are reportedly planning to adopt a child amid growing tensions between the couple and the Beckham family.
Speaking to The Sun on February 6, a close source revealed: “This is something Nicola and Brooklyn are completely aligned on. They both want a big family, and at least one of their children will be adopted.”

According to the friend, the couple believe that with the privileged circumstances they enjoy, giving a disadvantaged baby or child the chance at a better life is meaningful and necessary. As a result, they have discussed the idea at length.
The source also said that Nicola currently weighs around 41 kilograms after losing weight to prepare for an upcoming film role as a ballet dancer, making pregnancy unsuitable at this time.
Previously, in a lengthy six-page statement published last month, Brooklyn— the eldest son of David Beckham and Victoria Beckham—hinted at plans to have children and build a family with Nicola. He said the couple are not seeking a life dominated by images or media attention, but rather one centered on peace, privacy, and happiness for their future family.
If David and Victoria Beckham were to have limited contact with a future grandchild, it is believed this would be deeply painful for the famous couple, who have long expressed excitement about becoming grandparents.

In a 2022 interview with The Times, Nicola revealed that Brooklyn wanted children sooner than she did. “He wanted kids yesterday,” she said, adding that she preferred to wait a few more years. “We definitely want a big family. He has three siblings, and I have seven.”
Recently, media outlets have also noted that Brooklyn has removed or altered several tattoos dedicated to his parents. This week, he covered the word “DAD” with blurred shapes and a star, and he was previously reported to have modified his “mama’s boy” tattoo on his chest. These moves are seen by some as reflecting a deepening family rift.
Addressing the controversy, billionaire Nelson Peltz, Nicola’s father, said he did not wish to comment in detail on private matters but stressed that his daughter and son-in-law are in a happy and stable marriage.
The Beckham family has remained silent since Brooklyn publicly shared a statement outlining the conflict and explaining his decision to cut ties with his family.
