Aerial photos published by Page Six on January 15 reveal a property featuring multiple buildings scattered across the expansive grounds. The main residence spans approximately 1,400 square meters and is surrounded by tall hedges to ensure privacy. Several smaller guesthouses are arranged around a large central courtyard highlighted by two striking fountains. The entire estate is designed in a Spanish architectural style, with whitewashed walls and red-tiled roofs.

The property also boasts a professional-grade equestrian complex, including multiple stables and outdoor riding arenas, reflecting Jenner’s active lifestyle. She has been passionate about horse riding since childhood and continues to train regularly. Though often described as a quiet “oasis” within a gated community, the estate is only a short drive from the town center, making it convenient for social activities. Notably, it is located right next to the famous Promised Land property owned by media mogul Oprah Winfrey.

The estate has an impressive ownership history, having previously belonged to several high-profile figures, including TV host Ellen DeGeneres, Bumble founder Whitney Wolfe Herd, and Tinder co-founder Sean Rad.

Kendall Jenner purchased the estate in February 2025 for $23 million and rarely shares glimpses of her home on social media. However, during the recent Christmas holiday, the Victoria’s Secret model offered fans a peek at a few corners of the house, showcasing interiors that are rustic, minimalist, yet warm and inviting. She also shared photos of her horses at the riding arena.

Previously, Jenner owned a Spanish-style mansion in Beverly Hills, which she purchased in 2017 for $8.5 million. She has also revealed to Architectural Digest that she owns another property in Wyoming.
