On Instagram on January 13, Alexandra revealed that Keanu took her ice skating after finishing his Broadway run in Waiting for Godot. She posted a sweet photo of the couple kissing on the ice beneath the iconic Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center, along with a video capturing them laughing as they tried to keep their balance on skates.

Alexandra joked in the caption: “Back on the ice after decades—switching from hockey skates to figure skates and getting used to the toe pick was no small challenge!”

She also quoted a reflection by figure skater Alysa Liu about connecting with others, learning new things, and keeping an open heart to life’s surprises. Grant thanked the rink staff and everyone who helped make the date such a memorable experience.
