A Day in the Life of ‘Mother of Four’ Miranda Kerr

Supermodel Miranda Kerr has revealed her carefully structured daily routine and consistent beauty regimen—key factors behind her radiant looks and youthful energy at 42.
In an interview for the Power Woman series by wellness brand LYMA, Kerr shared that she starts her day at 5 a.m., watching the sunrise from her bedroom to naturally balance her circadian rhythm. She then practices Vedic rounding, a method that combines yoga with breathing techniques.
Before meditating at 6 a.m. with her eldest son Flynn (15), Kerr drinks lemon water, prepares celery juice, and enjoys a cup of coffee. She says she has taught Vedic meditation to her three older sons, all of whom maintain the practice daily, with meditation times adjusted to their ages.

Miranda shares son Flynn with her former husband Orlando Bloom, and has three other sons—Hart (7), Myles (6), and Pierre (2)—with her current husband, tech billionaire Evan Spiegel.
Speaking about bringing meditation into family life, Kerr said: “Each of my children, except the baby, practices Vedic meditation and has their own mantra. It’s something I’ve done since I was 17 and it plays an important role in my spiritual connection. Adults meditate for 20 minutes, while children meditate for the number of minutes that matches their age.”

Earlier this year, Flynn asked to meditate with his mother for 20 minutes each morning and noticed a clear difference—feeling calmer and more focused.
After meditation, Kerr spends 15 minutes using LYMA’s laser device on her body, face, and neck before beginning her morning skincare routine.
As a mother of four, she takes her children to school two days a week, while her husband handles drop-offs on the remaining days. The family eats dinner early, around 4:30 p.m., with soft music playing and dimmed lighting to create a calming atmosphere at home.

Because she wakes up very early, Kerr goes to bed at 8:30 p.m. and completes another laser treatment before sleep. She admits she used to be a “night owl” but gradually changed her habits after marrying Spiegel, who has favored an early bedtime since his youth. She now fully embraces this lifestyle.
Kerr also applies a strict sleep schedule for her children: the youngest goes to bed at 5:30 p.m. at dusk, followed by the older kids shortly after. This routine gives her more time for self-care and meaningful conversations with her husband. Before bed, she uses an overnight face mask to keep her skin plump and glowing.
Looking ahead, Kerr says she hopes to become “a grandmother with great skin” one day. While she currently prioritizes natural beauty methods, she doesn’t rule out cosmetic procedures in the future, such as a facelift, if needed.
“I’m happy with myself right now, but I believe everyone has the right to choose what makes them feel better,” she said. “My goal is to age in a healthy and confident way.”
Born in 1983, Miranda Kerr is globally renowned for her role as a former Victoria’s Secret Angel with Victoria’s Secret. Known for her sweet beauty, elegant demeanor, and healthy lifestyle, she has since shifted her focus to building her organic skincare brand KORA Organics and expanding her business ventures. After her divorce from Orlando Bloom in 2013, the two shared custody of Flynn. Four years later, she married Evan Spiegel, co-founder of Snapchat. Now in her 40s, Kerr continues to be admired for her youthful appearance and her balanced life between family, career, and inner well-being.
