American actress Jessica Alba has finalized her divorce in February and is now enjoying a new romance with a boyfriend 11 years her junior. The star was recently spotted on a romantic getaway with actor Danny Ramirez at Miami Beach.

Just days after completing divorce proceedings with producer Cash Warren, Alba was photographed looking affectionate with Ramirez on the beach. In the images, the actress wore a red leopard-print bikini, accessorized with large gold hoop earrings, sunglasses, and a baseball cap. Ramirez opted for matching red swim trunks. The couple appeared relaxed and happy, frequently holding hands, hugging, kissing, and chatting as they waded into the ocean.

At one point, Ramirez wrapped his arms around Alba in the water, while in other moments they were seen sharing kisses and strolling side by side along the shoreline. The day before, Alba was also photographed sunbathing and relaxing on a lounge chair.

The tropical vacation came shortly after Alba and Warren officially ended their marriage. According to court documents, neither party requested spousal support. However, Alba agreed to pay Warren a total of $3 million, split into two installments of $1.5 million—one paid immediately and the other scheduled for a year later.

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren were married for 16 years before parting ways, finalizing their divorce after nearly two years of separation. During that time, Alba began a new relationship, while Warren was reported to remain single.

The former couple married in 2008 after meeting on the set of Fantastic Four, where Alba starred as Sue Storm and Warren worked as an assistant director. They share three children: Honor Marie (17), Haven Garner (14), and Hayes Alba (8). In her divorce filing, Alba cited irreconcilable differences.

When confirming the split on social media, Alba shared that she had gone through a long journey of self-discovery and personal growth. She emphasized that despite no longer being married, she and Warren would “always be family” and continue to prioritize their children.

Alba reportedly began dating Ramirez in May 2025, with the couple making their first public appearances together later that summer. Friends say the actress has seemed noticeably happier since starting the relationship. Commenting briefly on his ex-wife’s new romance, Warren told the media: “I’m happy for her.”

As for Warren, he was seen with model Hana Sun Doerr in August 2025, though he has not confirmed a relationship and maintains that he is single.
