Jennifer Aniston has reportedly carried out a major renovation of her $21 million mansion in Los Angeles

According to Daily Mail, Aniston has just completed a Japanese-style garden on the property, featuring carefully arranged stone formations, a small fountain, white Japanese stone towers, and black gravel raked into concentric circles to create a sense of calm and meditation. Alongside the garden, she installed a large sundial on the wall near the pool area, while oversized black loungers placed beside bonsai trees on the terrace form a peaceful outdoor lounging space.

A private, intimate seating area for two—decorated with candles and surrounded by yucca plants—sets a romantic scene for evening dates. Nearby, a large BBQ grill by the pool makes the home ideal for entertaining friends. Curtis, who has spent more than 20 years working in therapy and mental wellness, can also enjoy the expansive backyard, complete with a lush lawn and a sun-filled rectangular swimming pool. The estate is said to be the main residence of the 57-year-old actress and her 50-year-old partner, who currently splits his time between Los Angeles and New York.

Despite the personal upgrades, the main structure of the house remains unchanged, including a stable and play area for Aniston’s three beloved dogs. She purchased the property in 2011, when it served as the shared home with her former husband, actor Justin Theroux. After their divorce in 2018, the mansion became her private sanctuary.

After nearly a year of dating, Aniston’s relationship with Curtis appears stronger than ever. The couple made their romance official on Instagram in November 2025, coinciding with Curtis’s 50th birthday. They were first linked after being spotted together on vacation in Mallorca during last year’s U.S. Independence Day holiday.

Sources close to the actress say Aniston—who previously expressed contentment with single life and the companionship of her dogs—is now very happy with her new partner. The couple recently celebrated their first Valentine’s Day together and shared sweet moments online.

Though typically private about her personal life, Aniston spoke warmly about Curtis in an interview with Elle late last year. “Hypnosis is just one of the many things he does,” she said. “He’s extraordinary and has helped so many people. There’s something special about him, yet he’s incredibly simple and kind. He genuinely wants to help people heal, overcome pain, and find clarity. It’s a beautiful mission.”
