Speaking candidly during a recent podcast appearance, Cavallari described attending a high-profile bash early in her career where the atmosphere struck her as “sketchy” and uncomfortable.
“It just felt off,” she said. “The energy in the room was dark. It didn’t feel glamorous — it felt like something else entirely.”

“At that point in my life, I thought Hollywood parties were going to be fun and exciting,” she said. “This one just felt like a drug den.”
The former Laguna Beach and The Hills star said she left shortly after arriving, adding that the experience changed how she approached social events in the entertainment industry.
