FBI & ICE Bust Multi-State Massage Parlor Network — 30 Arrested, 60 Victims Rescued
By National Security Correspondent
WASHINGTON — Federal authorities announced a sweeping crackdown on an alleged multi-state trafficking operation operating under the guise of legitimate massage parlors, resulting in 30 arrests and the rescue of approximately 60 potential victims.
The joint investigation, led by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement through its Homeland Security Investigations division, spanned several states and involved coordinated raids on dozens of commercial properties.
Officials said the network allegedly used front businesses to facilitate forced labor and sex trafficking, moving individuals across state lines and controlling operations through layered shell companies and cash-based financial systems.

Coordinated Raids
According to law enforcement briefings, search warrants were executed simultaneously in multiple cities early Tuesday morning. Agents seized financial records, digital devices and large sums of cash believed to be connected to the operation.
Authorities stated that those arrested face a range of potential charges, including conspiracy, human trafficking, money laundering and immigration violations. Formal indictments are expected to follow as the investigation continues.
“This was not a localized operation — it was an organized network designed to exploit vulnerable individuals,” a federal spokesperson said. “Our priority was dismantling the structure and ensuring victims were brought to safety.”
Victim Support
Officials emphasized that the 60 individuals identified during the operation are being treated as potential victims and are receiving medical attention, housing assistance and legal resources. Advocacy groups specializing in trafficking recovery are assisting federal agencies in providing support services.
Investigators believe the network may have operated for years, using online advertising platforms and coded language to conceal illicit activity behind the appearance of legitimate wellness services.

Ongoing Investigation
Law enforcement authorities indicated that the probe remains active, and additional arrests are possible. Financial tracing efforts are underway to determine whether proceeds were funneled internationally or connected to larger criminal enterprises.
Federal officials urged the public to report suspicious activity and reiterated that trafficking cases often rely on community tips in addition to long-term investigative work.
The operation marks one of the largest coordinated enforcement actions targeting illicit massage parlor networks this year, underscoring ongoing federal efforts to combat human trafficking and organized exploitation across state lines.
