‘Berlin, Paris & Rome Within Range’ Europe Warned as Iran Fires 4,000 Km-Range Missile Amid War

European capitals are facing renewed security concerns after Iran launched long-range ballistic missiles capable of traveling up to 4,000 kilometers, a move that analysts say could bring major cities like Berlin, Paris, and Rome within potential striking distance.

Long-Range Strike Raises Alarm
The тревога intensified following Iran’s attempted strike on a joint U.S.-U.K. military base in Diego Garcia—located roughly 4,000 km away from Iranian territory. Although the missiles failed to reach their target—one malfunctioning and another intercepted—the launch itself marked a significant escalation.

Experts say the attempt demonstrated something more important than impact: range.

For years, Iran had publicly limited its missile range to around 2,000 km. This latest launch suggests Tehran may now be willing—or able—to extend that limit, dramatically expanding the geographical scope of its potential targets.

Europe Suddenly Within Reach
Military analysts warn that with a 4,000 km reach, large parts of Europe fall داخل the دائرة of Iranian strike capability.

According to defense assessments:

Southern and Eastern Europe were already within reach of existing systems
Extended-range missiles could theoretically reach deeper into the continent
Capitals such as Rome, Berlin, and even Paris are now being discussed in threat scenarios
Israeli and Western officials have echoed these concerns, describing the development as a “new phase” in the conflict with global implications.

Warnings and Political Messaging
Iran has also issued explicit warnings to European nations, stating that any direct involvement in the conflict could trigger retaliation against European targets.

This rhetoric, combined with demonstrated long-range capability, has heightened anxiety across NATO წევ देशों.

However, European officials have sought to calm fears. The United Kingdom, for example, stated there is no immediate indication that Iran is preparing to strike Europe, emphasizing that NATO missile defense systems remain in place.
