A homicide case in Memphis has drawn widespread attention after an 18-year-old woman was charged with murder following allegations that a man had inappropriately touched her younger sister.

According to investigators, 18-year-old Alishon Torres became aware of claims made by her 5-year-old sister involving 58-year-old Noe Santillan Rincon. Authorities say the allegations deeply upset Torres and may have contributed to the events that followed.
