A missing dog has miraculously been reunited with her owner after being spotted partying with Mexico fans during World Cup celebrations.
The pup, Gorda, had been missing since last May when the six year old slipped out onto San Carlos Street.
Her owner Ale García, had posted appeals online and followed up on sighting after sighting, but none of them led her home. She feared the worst.

That changed on the night of June 24 after Mexico’s 3-0 win over Czechia.
As thousands of fans poured into the streets to celebrate, a livestream from the Carretoneando page was filming the party when it caught a fan carrying a dog through the crowd.
As fate would have it, García’s brother was watching at that exact moment and he recognized Gorda instantly, and called the family.
The dog has now been returned home.
