Standing on the razor-thin structure, they unfurled a massive black flag with a bold message: “When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace.” But the unauthorized stunt immediately triggered a massive NYPD emergency response, forcing authorities to lock down the surrounding streets before hauling the newly engaged couple away in handcuffs.
