Update on Missing 11-Year-Old Parker Wells: Community Continues Search Efforts

The search for 11-year-old Parker Wells in Calgary continues as his family and community hold onto hope for his safe return.

A family member has shared that police have located clothing believed to belong to Parker on Northmount Drive. At this time, investigators have not confirmed when or how the clothing arrived there, but they are continuing to follow every available lead.

Parker’s family also shared that he may remove his shirt when he becomes overstimulated, which could provide context regarding reports that he was last seen without a shirt. This detail has not been independently confirmed by police.

Parker is autistic and non-verbal, and his family believes he may be frightened if found. They are asking the public not to chase or crowd him, as this could cause him additional distress.

If anyone sees Parker, authorities and his family are asking people to keep him in sight from a safe distance and immediately call 911 or the Calgary Police Service. Trained officers can then respond and safely assist him.
