Mason was once an active, healthy young boy before his family noticed signs that something wasn’t right.
What started with fatigue, fevers, vomiting, and painful mouth sores eventually led doctors to a heartbreaking diagnosis — Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), a rare and serious form of blood cancer.
After chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant, Mason reached remission. But months later, his leukemia returned, bringing another difficult chapter for him and his family.
Now, Mason is receiving treatment through a clinical trial at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, and his loved ones continue to hold onto hope for better days ahead.
