TWO MONTHS LATER, XAVIER’S JERSEY IS STILL WAITING FOR HIM

On May 26, in New Jersey, 12-year-old Xavier Taylor was doing something he loved—warming up for a baseball game.

Then, in a single heartbreaking moment, everything changed.

A baseball struck Xavier in the neck.

He collapsed on the field, suffered cardiac arrest, and was rushed by helicopter to the hospital.

More than two months later, Xavier remains in a coma.

His family is still waiting for the breakthrough they have prayed for.

It has not come yet.
