A Son’s Risking All: Jermaine’s Climb Through Fire to Save His Mother

In July 2019, a devastating fire broke out in a residential apartment complex in West Philadelphia, sending smoke through the building and forcing emergency crews to block access in an effort to control the situation and protect lives.
