GONE TOO SOON: REMEMBERING JANE, 36; CHRISTINA, 32; AND REBECCA, 31, LOST IN BRIGHTON’S TRAGEDY

A routine morning on Brighton’s coast became a nightmare when Jane Adetoro, 36, Christina Walter, 32, and Rebecca Walter, 31, were found dead in the sea near Black Rock on May 13, 2026.

Their father, Joseph, said, “You were my joy, my strength, my beautiful daughters,” highlighting the profound emptiness their deaths left behind. How could such tragedy strike so suddenly?

The sisters were celebrated for their unique spirits — Jane’s dedication to her career and friends, Christina’s empathy, and Rebecca’s joyful presence. Authorities combed through CCTV footage, witness statements, and environmental records to reconstruct the hours leading up to the tragedy. While there is currently no evidence of foul play, investigations are ongoing, and every detail is being scrutinized.

The Brighton community mourns the sisters, lighting candles and sharing memories. Sussex Police urge anyone with information to step forward, hoping for clarity and answers that may bring some comfort to the grieving family.
