Tom Sandoval, known for his time on Vanderpump Rules, has filed a restraining order against his girlfriend Victoria after she was arrested for allegedly assaulting him during a heated argument at his home, according to a report from TMZ.

Sandoval claims the incident escalated after a night of drinking. He says he got into an argument with Victoria, noticed she was recording him, and her father, Will, became aggressive. Fearing for his safety, Sandoval reportedly locked himself in a room. Victoria’s father then allegedly punched a large hole in the wall, put his face through it, smiled, and threatened to “fuck him up.”

According to Sandoval’s account, Victoria later attacked him, hitting him in the face and head with such force that his vision blurred. She reportedly began recording herself as the altercation continued. Sandoval called the police, leading to Victoria’s arrest.

Photos obtained by TMZ appear to show visible injuries on Sandoval’s face, ear, and head, along with a large hole punched in a wall at the residence.

Pattern of alleged abuse and prior incidents

Sandoval further alleges that Victoria and her father, Will, had been living with him. He claims that on June 3rd, just before the latest assault, Will lunged at him and put him in a bear hug.

Throughout their relationship, Sandoval says Victoria allegedly punched him, threw a Gatorade bottle at him, verbally abused him, changed his phone and social media passwords, tracked his movements, and subjected him to insults such as calling him a “fucking loser” and claiming she could “do much better” than him. He is now seeking to have both Victoria and her father removed from his home.

A photo from earlier in the relationship shows Sandoval and Victoria posing together on a red carpet event dated 09/04/25, highlighting what was once a public romance now reportedly turned volatile.

The situation remains ongoing as Sandoval pursues legal protection. No further comments from Victoria or her father have been reported at this time. Domestic disputes of this nature are under active investigation by authorities.
