Creep Caught on Surveillance Filming Up Woman’s Skirt in Fresno Grocery Store

Fresno, California — Disturbing surveillance footage from a Grocery Outlet store near Peach and Belmont avenues captured a man allegedly attempting to film up a woman’s skirt while following her around the store on the Fourth of July.
The incident occurred around noon on July 4, 2026. According to the woman, who identified herself as a local salon owner and wished to remain anonymous, she noticed a man in a white t-shirt, dark shorts, white shoes, and a cap following her through the aisles. Surveillance video shows the man holding his phone low, appearing to point it upward under her skirt.
The woman confronted the suspect, leading to a tense exchange captured in related footage. She urged other women to stay vigilant and speak up if they experience similar situations.
Fresno Police are investigating the incident as an active case and are seeking the public’s help to identify the man. No arrests have been reported at this time.
