Defying Every Prediction: The Remarkable Journey of Tres Johnson

Born with an extremely rare craniofacial condition, Tres Johnson was given little chance of surviving. Doctors expected him to face overwhelming medical challenges from the very beginning.

Tres was born with craniofacial duplication (also known as diprosopus), a condition so uncommon that only a handful of cases have ever been documented. He lived with significant facial differences, cognitive delays, and frequent seizures that at one point numbered in the hundreds each day. Despite undergoing multiple surgeries and years of intensive treatment, Tres never stopped fighting.

Over time, with ongoing care, the number of his seizures dropped dramatically. His parents, Brandy and Joshua Johnson, dedicated their lives to supporting him — his mother left her career to provide full-time care, while his father worked to support the family and raise funds for medical needs.

Today, Tres continues to make progress, learning to walk with the support of his family and medical team. His story stands as a powerful testament to resilience, parental love, and the strength of a young man who was never expected to survive, yet kept proving the odds wrong.
