The family of Saviay’a “Lul Pab” Robinson has released an official statement following Lil Durk being found not guilty on all counts.
While the family says they respect the jury’s verdict, their attorney says the fight isn’t over. They plan to continue pursuing their civil claims against Durk, where the burden of proof is lower than in a criminal case.
“We feel there was ample evidence for a jury to find that Durk Banks was responsible for Mr. Robinson’s death under this standard,” attorney Joshua Dorminy said in the statement.
The family says they’ll continue seeking accountability and compensation through the civil justice system.
