She should be playing like a princess… instead, she’s fighting for her life in a hospital room.
This is Princess Madelyn.
With her big, innocent eyes and gentle smile, Madelyn should be twirling in pretty dresses, chasing butterflies, hosting tea parties with her stuffed animals, and dreaming about fairy tales. Instead, this precious little girl is trapped in a battle no child should ever face.
Cancer has stolen her childhood.
She spends her days in a sterile hospital room, surrounded by beeping machines and endless tubes. Her tiny body is hooked up to IVs that deliver harsh treatments — treatments that are trying to save her life but also leave her weak, exhausted, and in pain. Some days she’s too tired to even sit up. Other days the pain makes her cry quiet tears that break her parents’ hearts into pieces.

Yet through it all, Madelyn still finds her sweet, innocent smile. That smile — the one that lights up the room — shows just how little she truly understands about the war raging inside her body. She doesn’t know she’s supposed to be scared. She just knows Mommy and Daddy are here, and she holds onto them with all the strength she has left.
Cancer is trying to take her life. But Madelyn is fighting back with everything her small body can give.
Her family stays by her side day and night, holding her hand through the hardest moments, whispering prayers, and clinging to every bit of hope they can find. They watch their beautiful princess endure things no child ever should, and they ask for the one thing they know can help carry them through:
Your prayers.
Please keep Princess Madelyn in your thoughts and prayers tonight. Pray for strength in her fragile body. Pray for healing in her tired bones. Pray for miracles that only God can give.
