Wayne Gilliam is charged with two counts of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and one count of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
The couple reportedly has five sons, with their youngest child acquired through surrogacy at a hospital that did not require background checks on the adoptive parents.
