French Banker Sentenced to 25 Years for Torturing and Pimping Out Girlfriend to Hundreds of Men

Guillaume Bucci convicted of seven years of horrific abuse against Laetitia R., who was inspired to come forward by the Gisèle Pelicot case
PARIS — A 51-year-old French banker has been sentenced to 25 years in prison for the systematic torture, rape, and exploitation of his girlfriend over a seven-year period.
Guillaume Bucci was found guilty of subjecting Laetitia R., a 42-year-old mother of four, to extreme physical and sexual abuse. According to court testimony, Bucci forced her to drink his urine, lick public toilets, and endure repeated sexual assaults. He also pimped her out to hundreds of men, including friends, colleagues, and strangers. The victim reportedly stopped counting after 487 men, with the abuse continuing even days after she gave birth to Bucci’s daughter.
The horrific details of the case came to light as Laetitia R. found the courage to report the abuse, drawing inspiration from the high-profile case of Gisèle Pelicot, the French woman whose husband drugged her and allowed dozens of strangers to rape her while she was unconscious.
Prosecutors described Bucci’s actions as “psychotic” and methodical. The court handed down the 25-year sentence after hearing extensive evidence of the prolonged trauma inflicted on the victim.
The case has shocked France and reignited public discussion about domestic violence, sexual exploitation, and the courage required for victims to speak out against powerful abusers.
