7-Year-Old Boston Is Still Smiling Through an Incredible Fight
Just one month ago, Boston was smiling on a baseball field, chasing a childhood dream.
Today, at only 7 years old, he is facing an incredibly difficult battle with diffuse midline glioma (DMG), an aggressive form of childhood brain cancer.
After persistent headaches and vomiting, doctors discovered the tumor. Boston has already undergone surgery and is now receiving radiation treatment.
His family is also hoping that a clinical trial may provide another treatment option as they continue searching for a path forward.
And through all of it, Boston is still smiling.
That smile represents so much courage for a little boy facing something no child should have to endure.
