Little Hudson Mills was born extremely premature at just 26 weeks, weighing only 1 lb. 7 oz.
His mother, Tessa, developed preeclampsia, and Hudson was born on September 23, 2025 — far earlier than expected.
Since birth, Hudson has faced serious breathing challenges and has needed significant respiratory support, including a ventilator, CPAP, and high-flow oxygen.
He has spent almost his entire life in the hospital.
But his parents say Hudson keeps fighting.
Soon, he is expected to be transferred to Children’s of Alabama for another important step in his care.
Through all of this, Chris and Tessa are holding tightly to their faith.
“We are faithful people. We are asking only for prayers.”
Pray for Hudson’s continued strength and healing.
Pray for his doctors and nurses.
Pray for Chris and Tessa as they continue this long journey.
And pray that Hudson will soon be strong enough to experience life outside the hospital.
