First day of 8th grade: DONE!

First day of 8th grade: DONE!
Brooklynn had a really good first day of school, and that is something worth celebrating.
After everything she has faced while battling brain cancer, walking into a school filled with hundreds of other students takes incredible courage.
When a classmate asked about her NG tube, Brooklynn simply explained what it was and why she has it.
She didn’t hide.
She didn’t let being different stop her from being herself.
She answered the question and kept going.
Please continue to pray for this brave girl.
Pray that Brooklynn feels accepted, loved, confident, and supported at school.
Pray for protection over her health.
Pray for strength each day.
Pray for many more happy moments with her friends.
Please also keep her parents and family in your prayers as they continue walking this journey alongside her.
Their strength, love, and faith are being tested every day, but they continue to stand beside their girl.
Today is a win.
One school day.
One smile.
One memory at a time.
Please pray for Brooklynn and share her story so more prayer warriors can stand with her.
