A REMARKABLE ACT OF LOVE

A devoted father is recovering from an amputation after he heroically saved his 2-year-old daughter from being struck by a speeding truck.

Jordan Stannard instinctively threw his toddler into the safety of his car when he saw headlights barreling toward them. He took the full force of the impact himself, resulting in life-changing injuries that required amputation.

Despite the tremendous sacrifice, Jordan remains grateful.

“If you told me, ‘You just have to trade your foot to be with your daughters for the rest of my life,’ that’s a trade that I would make all day long,” he said.
