At just 3 years old, Johnathan, lovingly known as **”Bubba,”** underwent a 12-hour brain surgery after being diagnosed with a brain tumor. He spent weeks recovering, relearning how to walk and talk, and later completed radiation treatment.

After that difficult journey, his family received the news they had been hoping for—Bubba was cancer-free.

For the next five years, he enjoyed being a kid, playing soccer, spending time with his family, and becoming a proud big brother.

Recently, after experiencing persistent back pain, doctors discovered that his original brain tumor had returned and had also spread to his spine.

According to his family, they are exploring treatment options and remain hopeful after seeing an encouraging reduction in Bubba’s pain since starting a new medication.

His parents continue to hold onto hope and are asking for prayers, strength, and encouragement as Bubba continues his fight.
